My daughter is 7 yearls old and none of her teeth have falling out yet, We had to have 2 pulled and she has her grown up teeth coming in. I am afraid that every time a big tooth comes that i have to have her baby teeth pulled. I am not sure what to do. Please help me!.

My sister had that same problem, she was told that she needed braces, b/c her teeth weren't straight. So yes most of the baby teeth will have to be pulled, sorry, I recommend that you find a great dentist and try to stick with them, and hope for the best!
It may be a long shot but I had this problem when I was a child. As it turned out I have hypothyroidism - not a big deal and easily treated but it slowed down my growth as a kid including my teeth falling out. Perhaps you could ask your pediatrician if she could have her Thyroid levels checked? Just a a simple bloodtest. Just a thought.
unfortunately I went through that myself. practically every baby tooth had to be pulled. all i can say is that it is best to pull them if the new teeth are threatened to be damaged by cavities or cramping. i hope the next set start to loosen themselves, for her sake...pleae make sure you communicate with the dentist, not justs his staff. and make sure she is as comfortable as she could be. good luck.

My son is also 7 and has all of his baby teeth still. When we took him to the dentist in Aug. before school started I asked her about it and she said it was fine, that they could see teeth on the x-ray below the gum line and if he got teeth late (he did) that they would fall-out late. I still worry though, he'll be 8 in Oct!

I just took my soon to be 5 yr old to the dentist last month. After taking Xrays, I think I'll be in same boat you are. He said that her baby teeth, even though they are beautiful & straight, there is not enough room for her perm. teeth to come in. He said that her perm teeth are more than twice the size of one baby tooth & that by the time she is 7, she will need anywhere between 2 - 4 baby teeth pulled to make room, 1 -2 each year there after, & possibly some adult teeth pulled to make room for her molars. I'm not really happy with his prediction & will be getting another opinion in 6 months. Please keep me posted on your daughter. I'd like to know what I'll be instore for in the future.

My son had the same thing happening and the dentist told me that if we see the adult tooth coming in that we needed to bring him in to get teeth pulled if they don't come out within about 2 weeks.
I guess we just have to keep wiggling' those teeth, eh?
