So What Happened?

I do alot of lunges and squats now but I had my 3rd baby about 9 weeks ago and he has destroyed my body! I never thought to look on youtube for stuff! I have resistance bands and walk about 5 days per week. I just really miss my butt I had at 19! lol Thanks for all your responses and suggestions, my Aunt sells Arbonne so I may have to give her a call!

look on you tube... usually you can see a short clip to workout vids so you can "sample" before you buy... people also post comments about them so you can usually gauge how popular they are. But I am going to keep an eye on your answers and maybe steal them for myself. ;)

Arbonne's RE9 Advanced Firming Cream- Helps firm the body, supports collagen and elastin to help promote firmer more toned smoother look and feel to the skin. I can email some before and after result pictures after using the cream for only a few short days on the stomach it is amazing. Working out also helps over time but you do have to stick with it. Hi S.---I agree, good old fashioned squats and lunges. There is also an exercise called the curtsey (?) that just kicks my butt, literally. It's just as it sounds, start like you are going to do a squat, but take one leg, then take it and place it behind and outside of your stationary leg, like you are doing a curtsey to royalty. You can do double duty and have weights and be doing bicep curls at the same time. Do 12-15 reps with one leg then switch to the other. Here a bunch of links to show you how: http://search.yahoo.com/search?fr=mcafee&p=curtsey+lunge.

Good luck and have fun. Exercise doesn't have to be complicated or require a lot of equipment. Don't forget the rest of your body. It will appreciate your attention as well. Be well, D.

on the Drs yesterday (the tv show) they showed a new product called the "Booty Pop" .... basically they're like a gel insert that you might stuff your bra with, but put it in your undies/pants. Gotta say, the gal on there looked pretty good with the Booty Pop in. LOL.

There's some new ab glider that you can adjust to tone your butt I believe.

I have the Brazil Butt Lift videos. They are really good in that you are motivated to actually DO all the squats and lifts that work best. They work really well if you do them. I got carried away at first and did them every day and got so sore I couldn't walk up the stairs, but when I spaced them out it was better. Now I mix them with other work outs. My butt is lifted and firm!
Oh, they do include all over cardio and other body parts.

You know what the absolute best DVD for butt I have is? In the Turbo Jam set it's the Booty Sculpt workout. It's awesome for the abs too.
