Ok, so I have another question for you mamas out there. I have a 4 month old, and at this point I am planning on going back to work end of August(things might change but that is the plan as of now),,Anyway he is exclusively breasfed, and we really need to introduce the bottle to him and I was wondering which bottle is the best to use...Thanks again....

Hi A. - we had to try several; ended up using Gerber Latex. My best advice, however, is to get started now with getting him used to the bottle. It took several weeks to convince my son to take the bottle after being exclusively breastfed. Good luck!

I personally think the nipple matters more than the bottle. We use plain old Gerber glass bottles, but with their #1 nipples, and both of my sons have taken right to them. Make sure the flow is always #1!!! You want to make it as hard as possible for them to get the milk out. We never actually used above a #1 with my oldest. Make it a bit of a challenge, versus nursing.
I found that with some of the other nipples, you cannot always tell what flow they are. I really don't like the Medela nipples on their bottles. My 6 week old choked on them, but did fine with the Gerber nipples.

The "MAM" brand bottle.... from Amazon.
It is the BEST bottle and BPA free... and the one that my son would take... and no air bubbles accumulates in the bottle as the baby drinks and the nipple is natural like. It is widely used in Europe.
I have never seen them in stores... but Amazon has it.
I exclusively breastfed too.

It really does depend on the baby. I would buy one of a type and try it. I had great luck with the born free bottles with my son. My daughter loved the soothies (much cheaper and easier to clean....). Both were breastfed for a while before going to the bottle. Just try one at a time until you find one you like. Also, I would strongly recommend that someone other than you try the first few times... and you aren't in the room. Good luck!
Babies can like different bottles. I preferred Dr Brown with my first. Main thing is to start trying ASAP. We introduced a bottle to 1st around 4 weeks and he took to it fine. We waited 2months plus with 2nd baby and he has never taken a bottle. We've tried all kinds and finally gave up. He's 8 months now and still nursing and starting to take tiny sips from a sippy cup. Not trying to scare you, but would suggest you start trying ASAP.
I love Playtex drop in's. You can get an adapter at Target to attach the bag to the pump so you can minimize on bottle washing.
what works best for us is the playtex Vent Aire Advanced/ WIDE.
this is the only bottle our son will take and he was exclusively breast fed and still is other then once in awhile pumping :)

It depends on the baby, but after trying several we found that the Dr. Brown bottles worked for our daughter...the others she would choke and gag on.
You'll have to try different bottles. I'd start with Avent or Playtex drop Ins. With my 4 months old it came down to warming the milk really well and she'll take any bottle. She just didn't like it cold!!
