The womanly art of breast feeding. It also might be helpful for you to attend a few La leche league meetings!

The Nursing Mother's Problem Solver. I don't know who wrote it, and unfortunately I can't just run and check because I sent my copy to my little sister in Oregon before the birth of her first child last spring. However, you should be able to find it using the title. Check Amazon.com

I loved "The Nursing Mother's companion" and was just reacently given a copy of "The Breastfeeding Mother's Guide to Making More Milk" (I struggle with low supply/ production) and so far it is excellent as well.

Defiantly read The Womanly Art of Breastfeeding http://www.amazon.com/Womanly-Art-Breastfeeding-Sixth-Rev... and also check out Dr. Sears' The Breastfeeding Book http://www.askdrsears.com/store/detail.asp?pid=21
You can get WAoB for $6 (new, $4used) and TBB for $10 (new, $6 used) from Amazon.com.

Also check out the website Dr.Sears has www.askdrsears.com WONDERFUL information there about pregnancy, birth, health issues and child rearing. I used his Baby Book as my second bible with my daughter.

The Womanly Art of Breastfeeding, by La Leche League. Attend their meetings too, you can go while you are pregnant. Their website is www.llli.org. Maybe capital LLLI, I am not sure. Good luck, and kudos to you for wanting to breastfeed!

The Womanly Art of Breastfeeding - by the La Leche League. It's pretty well written and was helpful for me.

I have several BFing books. My all time favorite that I read cover to cover is "So That's What They're For!" by Janet Tamaro.

It is a funny, informative book.

I recommend having "The Womanly Art..." (LLL) on hand as a reference.

I just bought Ina May Gaskin's new BFing book (the nation's leading midwife). I am sure it is a good one, too. Her pregnancy book was fabulous.
