What is the earliest signs of pregnancy that one might have? (beyond the most obvious ones...) Are there any early, early signs to look for before you miss your first period?

Any helpful hints in order to get pregnant? (Once again, beyond the most obvious thing needed:)

What can I do next?

I WAS SO TIRED! I truly could not keep my eyes open!!! That's my ONLY sign...I was bleeding my whole first trimester starting from 4 weeks until about 12 weeks. But I was SO tired the whole first trimester too. It went away so quickly once I hit that 13 week mark!

I was nauseaus and could not stand the smell of smoke with all my pregnancies. I've had a few miscarriages. I knew that I was pregnant before i even took a pregnancy test about 4-5 wks along.
Sore breast as well.

The earliest signs I had with all three of my pregnancies was sore, tender breasts. They also seemed to be bigger. That happened to me ALL THREE TIMES before I even took the home pregnancy tests. When I had that symptom the third time I "knew" I was pregnant even before I took the test. Also I was severely bitchy and emotional.

Go purchase the book Taking Charge of Your Fertility. It will tell you everything you need to know to get pregnant if you don't have fertility problems.

Good Luck!!!!

TIIIIIIRED :) I could NOT keep my eyes open when I was pregnant with our twins OR our son. I knew a couple of days before my period was to start that I was pregnant with our son b/c I literally had to lay my head on my desk at work and sleep!

Missing your period or not, I had a period w/ my 2nd child & no period w/ my 1st child. I also had a friend who had her tubes tied and got PG 2 mos. later ! so if God wants you to have a child, you will. Don't waste your money on store PG test, go see your Dr.
Good Luck ! ~

About 10 days before my period was supposed to start, my food tasted like dish soap!! Then, the next day I was nauseous. I took a test on that day, knowing it was probably too early and might be negative, which it was. But, a few days later (about a week before my missed period) I got heartburn when I got hungry (which only happens when I'm pregnant). I took a pregnancy test about 4 days before my missed period and it was positive, but WELL before then, I KNEW I was pregnant. I am now 9 weeks pregnant and am also experiencing sore boobs and TONS of nausea.

With my 2nd pregnancy, I ran a low grade fever (very early). I had said something to a friend, and she said, "I wonder if you're pregnant, I ran a fever with both my pregnancies." So, after a few days of 99-100 degrees, I finally took a test, and sure enough, it was a faint positive! I had never heard that before, but I guess it can happen. Good Luck!!

With my first child, I was extremely thirsty in the mornings. Very sensitive to smells. With my first and fourth children, I almost blacked out - got really hot and started seeing spots, but I sat down before anything happened.
