I use a memory foam pillow for my head, and a body pillow that I hug when I'm sleeping on my side.

My favorite is a memory foam pillow. It supports my head and neck when I am sleeping on my side. I don't even have to put my arm under the pillow for added support anymore. Got it on Amazon.
