Good Tile Flooring and Service in DFW?

my husband and i do flooring as a secondary income, he does it mainly. we usually get ceramic tiling with cement and grouting, the stick down tiling doesn't work as well well, but best used in the summer when your flooring is hotter, the glue will stick better if you go that rout and it's easier to pull up if you want to redo you floors later on. if you do ceramic tiling don't do it all over your floor or you'll be dealing with cracks as your house sets throughout the years.

If you have a hyper 2 1/2 year old dog, I would just leave the floor until your sure the dog will not do anymore damage. Depending on the type of wood floor you have you may be able to refinish it. It typically cost $1.50 to $2.00 a square foot to take out a wood floor. It is a hard job. We have used Nadine's Flooring Company for both wood and tile floors. They also fixed our wood floor after we had a slab leak. You should talk to a few flooring companies or contractors to get a better idea of the costs and what would be best for your household. Have you thought of fixing the damaged wood and stripping it? Hand scraping it across the grain has REALLY hidden all of our hits from the 2 toddlers and 50lb dog...that may be the cheaper way to go and still keep your floors.
