I know about Zillow and Craig's list. Are there other cheap or free sites where I can market my home? It's listed with a Realtor on MLS. Anyone looking for a 4bd/3ba in Broad Ripple for under $135k?

You may not be military but try militarybyowner.com. I dont' know if it is a fee or not. It's how I find houses.

Quite honestly, as a former Realtor, if you are listed with a good Realtor then they most likely would have it liested on sites like Realtor.com, zillow, Craigslist, etc... Ask your Realtor what sites he/she has your home listed on besides the MLS. If they don't have it listed anywhere else, then request they do so and if not... get out of your contract and find someone who will.

Listing with a Realtor really is a better way to go. Sure, you pay a commission, but they do all the marketing work, showing the house, and finding potential buyers. A Realtor with a good network is the best way to get a house sold. They not only list your home on various sites, but talk about their listings to other Realtors who may have a buyer looking for exactly your home.

Also, I'm not sure of your situation, but if your home has been listed for awhile, talk to your Realtor about leasing options. It's a good way to get someone into your home, get the mortgage covered, and then potentially be able to sell it to the renter down the road.

Good luck!

If it's in the MLS it should autopopulate to all the major sites: zillow, frontdoor, trulia, yahoo real estate, homefinder, etc. For us in Colorado, it does. Check with your realtor to be sure. Happy Selling!

WHERE IS BROAD RIPPLE? IF YOUR REALTOR HAS IT LISTED ON THE MLS IT IS PROBABLY LISTED ON THEIR COMPANIES WEB SITE AS WELL AS REALTOR.COM. YOU ARE GOING TO GET THE MOST ESPOSURE FOR YOUR HOME ON THE MLS AS WELL AS www.realtor.com AS YOU WILL ANYWHERE. REALTOR. COM CAN BE FOUND FROM ANYWHERE, SO A LOT OF PEOPLE THAT ARE NOT FROM YOUR AREA BUT ARE RELOCATING CAN FIND IT THERE. YOUR LOCAL MLS SHOULD ALSO HAVE A MONTHLY MAGAZINE THAT CAN BE PICKED UP IN LOCAL STORES,BANKS AND REAL ESTATE OFFICES. CHECK WITH YOUR REALTOR AND SEE WHERE ALL THEY ADVERTISE. I HOPE THIS HELPS. C. If you're listed with a realtor and have an MLS number, you're also automatically listed on MIBOR.com (Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of Realtors).

You can visit the site and verify for yourself - I go there all the time to see what houses in my neighborhood are selling for to assess our property's value.

If it's listed through a Realtor and on the MLS, it should also be listed on Realtor.com, which gets tons of traffic. I'm not sure why you are looking to do marketing,. That is your Realtors job. I am a Realtor in CT. Ask your Realtor for a list of all the sites the house is already listed. I assume he/she already has it listed on a bunch of sites already (Including craigslist, zillow, Realtor.com, the company website, perhaps a webiste set up specifically for your home...etc)
Good luck. Sales are starting to pick up slightly!
