I used to clean houses for a living...and based on what you have said I would look at $75.00 each cleaning. Now, of course, this is just an approximation, I would normally come out and view the home before I gave a price.

The normal rate is $25 an hour, yours would take about 3 hours to clean, so $75 every cleaning. I know 3 ladies and they are all booked, but hope the $ info helps.

It has been a long time since I cleaned houses, but I think you should be able to find an individual for the job for around 80.oo (give or take 10.) Of course there are factors that have to be considered other than square footage, number of rooms etc...but this might give you a general idea.
There is a lady I know of the has been cleaning homes for a long time, and she is trustworthy. I don't know her phone number, but I bet you could look it up. Her name is Sandra Louther, and I think her husband's name is Carl.

I know this response is late and I do not know anyone in the bedford area that cleans house but you should expect to pay someone around 80.00 dollars, my house is a 3 br 2 bth house and has two living areas but is around 1600 sqft and i pay my cleaning lady 60.00 dollars every two weeks for basic cleaning and that includes everything to changing the sheets on the bed. hope this helps you out!!
