Hi Moms,
Has anyone used Hylira prescription moisturizing lotion for ezcema / dry skin? I am considering it for my 6 year old. What are the concerns, issues and / or benefits?
Thanks!

I don't know if that is a steroid cream or not, but if it is, I use something that works so much better. My son has battled eczema since infancy and I have not found anything to work better than Arbonne's baby care. I use the wash, lotion and baby oil. When it gets really bad, i will also use Arbonne's rejuvenating cream and skin conditioning oil.

I recommend contacting Mandy Olsen. She is a local rep and she is phenomenal. Her website is www.mandyolsen.myarbonne.com. I know she will give you samples if you want, but I can tell you that this stuff rocks!

Hi S.,

I'm not familiar with the Hylira lotion, either, but I second the Arbonne Baby Care line. Both of my children have eczema. I searched and searched for a great eczema cream, not wanting to turn to a prescription, but couldn't find one that actually worked. Finally, my neighbor introduced me to the Arbonne Baby care line. It cleared up both of my children's eczema in about 5 days. Basically, I put the body oil on the rough spots, let it soak in, then followed-up with the lotion. (The body oil soaks right in because it's botanically-based; it doesn't sit on top of the skin like regular baby oil.) I am amazed at how wonderful it works, and even my childrens' pediatrician is recommending it to those parents who are wanting a more natural way to fight eczema! The ABC diaper rash cream, another part of the baby care line, was even highlighted in this March's issue of Pregnancy magazine--that's how great the products are!

If you're willing to give it a try, I'd be happy to let you try it for free for a couple of weeks, no obligation. I know how awful it is to see your children with an uncomfortable skin condition and feel helpless to do anything about it. Please let me know if you have any questions: ____@____.com

Best wishes to you all!

Sincerely,
Jacqueline Lipe

I second the Arbonne post. I have some very dear friends who no longer have to use any prescriptions for their ezcema once they started using these products!

Hi S.. I'm not familiar with that type of lotion. I do know that Arbonne International's Baby Care line is absolutely amazing at treating and combatting eczema. I highly recommend it. I have several clients who swear by it for themselves and their children! If you'd like to try a free sample and see if it works for your child, I'd be happy to send you one. If you're nearby (Frisco - Legacy and Lebanon) then I could drop it off for you tomorrow. You can do some research on your own about our products at: www.mandyolsen.myarbonne.com or www.arbonne.com. Good luck!
Sincerely,
