I Think I Was Scammed by O-nature-l..what Do I Do?

Hi!
On advice from another memember I ordered laundry soap from a family company called O-nature-l. I (like an IDIOT) gave them my cc# number, 'cause they didn't take Paypal. This was back in December. Now, one of the two numbers on their site is disconnected, and I have left FOUR messages, to no avail. Also, if I try to email them, it pulls a your.address.here in the address box!

I feel really stupid, and angry...how should I go about dealing with this? Any ideas?
(I am not sure if I am allowed to leave a website here, but if anyone wants to check it out, you can google the O-nature-L and it gives the site, for reference).
:(
ADDED: I never received the product.

What can I do next?

I don't know anything about this company, but I would keep trying to contact them.

I looked at their "Contact Us" page. Instead of clicking on the email address they list there, type in the address by hand. Their link is not setup correctly to automatically put the right address in. But since they spell it out on the site, you should still try typing it in yourself.

They also list a PO Box address. If you try the email and don't get a response in a couple days, I'd send a letter to the PO Box. Just keep pestering them until you get an answer!!

Have they charged your CC yet?

call your credit card company, and put a stop on the payment. Explain to them what happened, and if you're concerned about the safety of your credit card number, then have the number changed.

Don't feel stupid, unfortunately your situation is not out-of-the-norm and I'm sure your credit card company will be able to help you out.

If they charged your credit card, call the company and ask how to dispute a charge. If you get your statements, there will be a form on the back of one of the pages to do so, or information about how to do it. Usually you have to sign an affidavit stating that you didn't receive the product you ordered and that you have made attempts to resolve the problem. While this is frustrating, it's not the end of the world-- they cc companies deal with it all the time.

S.,
Are they still charging your card? If so, you may want to contact your cc company and tell them the situation.

Another thing you could do is to call your credit card company and let them know what happened. Maybe they can refund the money that they took from you.(or at least block any future money being taken from your card. may be you could also report them to the better business bureau.Obviouslythey were not a reputable company if they did not take your paypal card. I am so sorry that happened to you. good luck

Have you paid for product they haven't sent? Contact the Better Business Bureau and the State AG's office where the business is based. If not, inform your credit card company about the potential for unapproved charges. You may want to get a new one just to avoid the possibility.

Contact your credit card company right away. They will put a block on your card so they can no longer take money from you. You can let them know what happened as well and they will probably allow you to dispute the charges if they did not provide the service/product you expected.

You ordered in December and never got laundry soap? Did they charge you for it? I would look them up at the BBB and read about there company and their policies.I order from a company every month that is green and I've never had a problem, they've been around for 25yrs and are registered with the BBB.Their customer service is wonderful. I'm sorry you feel you've been taken advantage of that stinks. I think O-Nature went out of busy though. Good luck to you M.

Hi S.
You didn't say why you feel you were scammed. Did you receive the product? Have you been charged a second time? If you received it, did you like it? what really is the issue? There are many people who shop online, so don;t feel bad for putting your CC number out there, call your bank and take precautions if necessary.
