I am currently on maternity leave with my second child born Feb. 7th. I really feel like I would like to stay at home with my boys being that my oldest is 13 months old. I know that we really can't afford me not to work so I need to find something I can do from home and make a reasonable amount of money...right now I provide the medical, dental, vision insurance from my job, so if I quit or even work part time I will need to find replacement insurance. I could really use so input on if it is worth it to work from home and what would be some good jobs to do. Can anyone help me?

What can I do next?

Have you heard of Scentsy "the Authentic Wickless Candles"? It's a safe alternative than candles. Scentsy is a decorative warmer that use a 25 watt bulb to melt the wax. It's not hot to the touch and you can leave them on all day and not worry about something burning. The company has been around for 2 years and is growing daily! The products sell themselve and nothing is over $25. If your intersted in becoming part of this great team please check my website out at www.scentsy.com/DFW and contact me at ###-###-#### or ____@____.com!!!

J.,

I work from home and I think it is totally worth it. I sell Avon and believe it or not, Avon does offer insurance rates that are comparable to what one pays with employer sponsered insurance. There is health and life insurance. Avon didn't use to have any kind of insurance so it is nice mow that they do. There is also a savings plan similiar to a employer based 401k. Avon has changed so much and it is so much easier than when my mother was selling it. There are no territories. You can sell where ever you want to whom ever you want. Avon will even give you a website where you can sell all over the country and the products be shipped directly to the customer.

It is only $10 to start and that gives you everything that you need to get started. Avon also gives you a full 50% eranings on your first four campaigns when you order over the internet to help you get started.

I can tell you this, I sold several years ago and quit. My cousin brought me back in because it is so different and so much better now. It is really easy. Heck, Avon has been around over 120 years and it really does sell itself. My very first campaign I sold over $300 worth of products and I only knew one of those customers. I came back to Avon midway through a campaign so I only had barely over a week to get my order so that was pretty good.

Avon has realized that it is us representatives out here making the sales that have made Avon a billion dollar company. They recognize that we deserve to be rewarded. That's why my cousin has been on three free cruises from Avon and several trips within the US.

I could go on and on about this, but I won't do that here. If you would like to know more, please feel free to email me at ____@____.com. I would be happy to answer any questions you may have. It really is a great opportunity and I DO love my job. It allows me to be home with my kiddos and homeschool them. I work when I want and am able to rearrange my schedule as needed. It's great.

Avon is also one of the most, if not THE most inexpensive beauty companies out there. We just launched a product fairly recently. We offer it for less than $30. Our two closest competitors offer it for $450 and $700. Is that crazy or what? And our product is double the strength (not too strong, but not so weak that you have to use 2-3 times as much to get the results.

Okay, I did ramble on some more. It's just that I do really believe in the company and know it has been a great opportunity for me. Again, if you have any questions or think you might be interested, let me know.

Great luck to you in whatever avenue you choose.

I work from home and love it. I don't sell anything. I work for a construction company doing accounting. I just have my extension at work forwarded to my cell phone and use www.gotomypc.com to log into my office.

The company I worked at before, also at home, I answered calls for a credit card company.

Both companies had benefits, but you can also buy them through ehealthinsurance

You can make great money working from home, some companies even offer health insurance!

The thing is, you have to find something you love doing and be willing to put in the effort upfront until you get up and running and making more money. Perhaps you might start up with something "on the side" before you quit yor job all together.

I do in-home wine tastings and love it! I get to work on my own schedule, as much or as little as I want. Plus, its so much fun! I get to meet great people and drink wine...and I get paid for it!

If you'd like more info about what I do, check out my website at www.FineWinesAtHome.com or send me a pm.

I hope you find what you are looking for!!! Take care!

Cheers!
S.

I left almost the same request about 3 weeks ago (my kids are older though). I was introduced to a great group of women who are partnered with an outstanding company. I had done other home based businesses before, but the star-up costs were rather high (for our income) and though I LOVED their products, I was just never a "good saleswoman." With this company I have found a match. It is as easy as telling someone where you bought your shoes and who doesn't do that? Anyway, I would love to get you more information. Visit my website and request more information. www.themomteam.com/janetmwright Have a great day and I look forward to hearing from you.
