Looking for a Good Aesthetician/dermatologist.....

I'm starting to really notice that my skin is looking older than I want it to. I'm not sure that I really need to see a dermatologist (doctor) but would like to find a really good place for facial treatments that can go beyond the "spa" type stuff. I don't want to pay a fortune but I'm willing to pay decent money for good treatments.

My main concerns are sun damage (lots of "freckles" that aren't really freckles) and fine lines.

Any recommendations?

Thanks!
