Looking for a New Pediatrician - Coraopolis,PA

I love my pediatrician. There is hardly ever a wait and the doctors are all very patient. My baby is 4 mos and she is my first so I have a lot of questions and they always take time to REALLY listen to me and answer everything fully. I never feel rushed or like I am just a time slot.
They are Pediatric South on Rte 60. They are located next to the BP gas station and the number is ###-###-####. There are 3 or 4 docs in the practice and I prefer Dr. Breslin but they are all great.

his partners are Dr. Zervos and Dr. Grudziak - both women - all varying degrees of personality so I think someone to suit anyone and everyone - Dr. A is funny, light and pretty laid back - Dr. Z I think has an exttraordinarily gentle voice and nature - Dr. G is more straightforward but still nice(she has an accent that is sometimes difficult to understand) - I'd say Dr. A is my overall favorite then Dr. Z (both have young kids - I'm not sure about Dr. G - in fact, Dr. Z even took time at end of 1 visit to sing Sleeping Beauty w/ our daughter) - my sister-in-law preferes Dr. G - hope this helps!

I don't know where you are located, but if your are near the Robison area, Dr. Denise Wegrzynosicz, (pronounced Dr. Veginovich) is a very good doctor. She is a family practioner, but she is VERY good with my kids, and my son looks forward to seeing her each visit.

We just love our pediatrician(s), it's a group practice. Children's Community Pediatrics. They are affiliated w/Children's Hospital so if there is ever any kind of serious problem they are already in contact. I'm in the South HIlls, but they have officies all over the place. Here is their web site: www/cc-peds.net. I've never waited over 5 min. from my appointment time. Every doctor we've seen has been pleasant and has taken the time to listen to us. They explain everything in language we understand and truly make us feel at ease. I was a wreck before our first check up, it was the first time someone would be evaluating the care I was giving my son. The were so kind and really calmed me down.

I reccommend checking out the web site for an office in your area. They accept most kinds of insurance that I know of, they offer a double sided waiting room, one for sick kids and the other for well. The nurses are great too!

we love our doctor! dr. wolfson, of the bass-wolfson group in the east end. ###-###-####. there are several wonderful doctors there... you can "interview" to find one you like.

What a horrible experience!! I can't imagine that a ped wouldn't understand the bathroom needs of a young child. I have always loved my group - "HEALTHQUEST PEDIATRICS". My daughter will be 3 next month and my son will be 18 months this month. I usually see DR.MENZEL, but I do like the others too. They've been great with routine well checks as well as with special situations and needs. My son has renal reflux so I've found it helpful to stick with one doctor that is familiar with his condition rather than having to review with each visit. I have had sick visits with the other though and they are good too. There are a couple nurse practitioners that are super too. This is an all female group. My daughter is fairly shy, but has always taken to the doctors easily. I'm not sure where you are located, but this group is on route 8 in Gibsonia. It is on the left side of the road heading north from the "Butler" PA Turnpike exit. It's just through the traffic light before you reach Walmart. Hope that helps.

WOW......I don't even have words to describe that incident but I would be livid!!!

I use Uptown Pediatric Associates in McMurray, PA. They are very small but we have never waited more than 10 minutes or so. There is only one doctor and at least one nurse practitoner (sp?) and Gail is the best. Their number is ###-###-####.

My daughter has never really had anything too serious where I can say the doctor was phenomenal but I can't say anything bad about the doctor either. They have limited hours but in the cases of emergency, you can take her to Uptown at another location.

My kids (ages 3 & 5) go to the same doctors as Rene posted. I've been pretty happy and it seems very easy to get an appointment. My daughter seems to prefer Dr. Z, while my son likes Dr. G. better, but I'd trust any of them.

I have been taking my children to Uptown Pediatrics for 17 years. We see Dr. Daly in the North Hills area but there are other locations that he goes to. He is wonderful with the children. Everytime they go, he gives them advise on what they should do to better themselves but what I noticed was that he asks them every time what there goals are for when they grow up.
