Hey S.
I am Polish too, I moved to Fenton a year ago and do like this place very much. Try to buy a house in Fenton with Rockwood School District. The other one is Fox School District which is not very good, and I would not recommend. Good luck

Hi S.! My name is K. and my husband and I also live in Fenton, MO along with my 1 year old son. We love Fenton. It has grown so much over the past few years but it still has that small town feel. There are actually 4 different school districts in the city of Fenton, just depending on where you move. In my opinion Rockwood would be the best followed by Lindbergh. If you ever have any questions for me please don't hesitate to ask. You can always email me at ____@____.com. I hope I can be of some help :)

S., I have a 8,6 and 2 year old. We live in Rockwood School District. Before my children reached Grade School age I did a lot of searching. What I found in the St.Louis and surrounding suburbs is that there are some great Public Schools in the area. I looked at Standardized Test Scores of Private, Public and Religion based Schools.
I am not sure about Fenton but the township boarding Fenton, (Eureka) you can get your child into Rockwood Schools. They rank rather high and consistantly carry these rankings. Also several of their grade shools are Blue Ribbon schools. Much to my dismay I found several private schools for the price rankded below or equal to the public schools. I also have a child who is Gifted. The private sector can not accomidate him. Good luck with your serarch.

I grew up in Fenton and attended grade school the Rockwood School District (specifically Stanton Elementary). I had a very good experience there for what it's worth.

The largest part of Fenton is located within the Rockwood School District. Rockwood is a very good school district. I would be happy to have my own children attend schools in Rockwood. I beleive there is a small part of Fenton in the Fox School District. Fox is a small district. It is not as desireable as Rockwood.

Rockwood School District is the only public school district in Fenton (which is a suburb of St. Louis). Luckily, it is one of the top, not only in St. Louis, but in the state. My daughter attends a school in the Rockwood district (as did my husband) and we love it!

Hope that helps. And, welcome to the area!

Sylvia-
Our friends live in Fenton and they love it there. She said the public schools are in the Rockwood School District and I know that is a very highly rated district. Fenton also has a wonderful huge community center called Riverchase. They offer a number of programs for both adults and children and have a nice indoor pool. I play indoor volleyball there and we love it.
I hope that has helped you and best of luck with your move!
