It could be an ear infection or teething. Two of my kids and one grandchild had teeth before they were 4 months old.

Make sure she is getting plenty of fluids and has enough wet diapers. You could also see if there is an emergency number for a nurse connected to your ped's office and call for advice. If nothing else call a local ER and ask for advice. If they are not horribly busy they can usually give you advice over the phone.

I would wait till tomorrow to take her to the pediatrician. Try to keep her comfortable as possible and as long as her fever will go down with treatment then waiting is best. Its hard to wait for them to get better but the best place for them and you is at home relaxing. Although as mom you won't relax much, if you are married, make sure you and husband are taking turns. we moms often tend to just go into superwoman mode and stay diligently by our sick babies side and wear ourselves out! Make sure you take care of you and take breaks so you stay healthy too!
This will be over soon!
Best wishes and hope your baby feels better soon!

Who knows at this age if it's ears, something else but you could call your doctor tomorrow and see if they want to see her and most likely they will. Until then I wouldn't worry but if it got worse call whoever is on call at your doctor or go to the ER.

She may have an ear infection. If you want to wait until tomorrow and let her see her doctor you can. Or you can go to the ER. With an ER visit, you may have to wait several hours just to be seen. But they can come up with a solution once you are seen. Good luck!
