We have owned our town home for about a year and have a leak from the upstairs bathroom in to the ceiling in the kitchen! We need a plumber and I dont want to go to some random person in the yellow pages! Help!

I have always used Best Plumbing or Emerald Plumbing. Both are honest and good plumbers. Best Plumbing has done lots of work for us, my parents and friends that I've referred them to. They may not be the cheapest, but they are the "best".

Oh, my goodness -- Steve Koscoe Plumbing, Inc.......his stepson John Ferree is amazing. We just had 2 plumbing issues recently, and he was so honest and upfront. John was just the nicest man, and I told him I was going to tell everyone in my mommy groups about them. ###-###-####

p.s. be careful whoever you get.......i'm pretty sure John gave us a price beforehand --after he looked at everything he needed to fix........but in our old house we had a plumbing problem and called two different plumbers and BOTH were horrible. One said we probably had mold in our ceiling from the upstairs bathroom (we didn't).....and wanted to rip out the wall/floor -- you name it -- thousands of dollars. The other plumber DID punch holes in the ceiling and just made a mess and took a full Sunday to tell us -- he didn't know what was going on. The third plumber was AWESOME -- and fixed everything (even the holes from the second plumber) -- for a reasonable cost.(The second plumber we refused to pay and the owner of the company said he was terribly sorry and hoped we didn't sue him.)
i know this is a little late. i haven't been on the computer in a couple of days. AAA plumbing. its my bestfriends husbands business. he is very reasonably prices compared to others. if you already have someone taking care of it, keep the number for future use. ###-###-####
