Lonestar Pediatrics is great. ###-###-####. They have two offices. One is at Parmer and Mopac, but their second is on 620. Dr. Thorstad routinely receives recognition as one of the best pediatricians in Austin and Gwen, one of the nurse practitioners, is fabulous. Good luck!

Dr. Melissa Urea at Trinity Medical is in Cedar Park. She treats the whole family. ###-###-####
I like her because she is available. When I need help after hours, I can still call on her. Her office also does house calls and has Saturday appointments. I can usually get in to see her the same day if I need to.

Wecome back to Texas! Just in time to get away from all that cold weather! Ick!!!

We LOVE LOVE LOVE Dr. Allison Ziari at Austin Regional Clinic - Discovery. It's located in Cedar Park. There's 4 other pediatricians in the office, if she's not available and they are all great. But Dr. Ziari is so loving towards your child and is totally thorough and cautious. Exactly what I want when someone is caring for the little love of my life! Their phone number is: ###-###-####

Also, once you are with ARC, they have great after hours care and all night phone nurses for any questions.

Good luck!

Oh, goodness, was the pediatrician search a battle for us! We went through A LOT of pediatricians, and A LOT of interviews. We moved here a couple years ago, and went on a search. Luckily, we found a GREAT pediatrician, and then when I got pregnant with the second child, she did, too! :( We went on the interviews all over again, and I could give you a laundry list of pediatricians I did not like! We finally ended up with Jollyville Pediatrics right off 183. (Even after our interviews, we went to TWO other pediatricians before picking Jollyville.) I strongly prefer Dr. Cepeda, but everyone in that office has been so helpful to us! I did see the other recommendations, and I had not been to any of the peds. that are currently on here, so I can't picking from the list you will have now, but I do love Jollyville!!!!! (However, I can say that I did not go with ARC - Austin Regional Clinic because they wouldn't do an interview. Personally, I felt like if they aren't flexible, then I wasn't going to go with them. I did like that they have a lot of options available after hours, but I felt like my children are healthy enough that it can either wait until business hours or it will be serious enough that I am going to the hospital anyway.) There are definitely pros and cons to each of them, but for us, it's Jollyville all the way! ###-###-#### http://www.jollyvillepediatrics.com/

Not sure if this location would be convinient for you guys but this doctor and her entire staff are just awsome. Dr. Mac has been very accurate and consistent in her diagnosis so far.

We absolutely LOVE Treehouse Pediatrics. They're on 620 @ Great Oaks. www.treehousepedi.com All of the physicians, PA's, and staff are wonderful. We've been there for about 10 years now.
