Hi Everyone,

I've been searching high and low for a Star Wars party place (need to accommodate at least 20 kids. I even looked to hire a Star Wars impersonator or host/hostess to do the entertaining and....nothing! Anyone in the Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Allen area had any luck with this? My son is turning 6 and I'd like to give him a Star Wars Bday Bash...I'm not one of those crafty mom's who can just create/make things. Please help!

May the Force Be with me on this One...

you don't have to be crafty! Just tell kids to come as their favorite star wars character, buy star wars cake and prizes. Have star wars music going and make up a couple of Star Wars games.

put a black cape on a piñata (say it is Darth Vadar) and give the kids a light sword instead of a stick.

instead of pin the tail on the donkey. pin the ears on Yoda...... you can print off a photo of yoda from the internet.

If you decide to get sort of crafty...... go to Home Depot and collect all their big boxes. Tape them together to create a tunnel for the kids to crawl through. Name the tunnel some planet from the movie and let the kids go to town!

Id bet Legoland in Grapevine has a Star Wars themed Lego party... There's a Lego place in Mckinney and Denton as well.

google star wars birthdays. I am not crafty but it really did not take a huge amount of craftiness or time and he loved it. Take the ideas you can do and do them.

My son is having a Star Wars party in December for his 6th birthday, and we're doing it at a gymnastics place in Southlake, but I'm sure other places have similar venues. He chose that because, in his words, "the Jedi have to do a lot of training to get so good." So that's the angle I plan to use on the invitations. I've found a ton of cool Star Wars party favors on etsy and pinterest. I'm not crafty either, so I fully intend to purchase everything and let the party host do the entertaining.

Greetings fellow Jedi mom. Here is how the party place is setting ours up. A large back drop painted with stars. A R2D2 craft. Yoda punch ( sparking water with green sorbet). Light saber training with a Jedi trainer. A friend could do this dressed in a Jedi robe. a space theme treasure Hunt. We found really cute space theme favors on Amazon. Of course, Star Wars music playing and a Star Wars cake. Good luck and may the force be with you !

My son had a birthday party at USA Martial Arts in Plano. They said it could be specifically themed, so we did a Star Wars theme. They were great. They came up with all these cute Star Wars games. As party favors, they suggested I give each child a light saber. They ordered them for me and just had me pay for the cost of them. I can't remember exactly how much they were, but I can remember that they were not that significant in price.
