I've heard wonders about dr Perik sp? in Palmetto...it's at palmetto pediatrics as another person posted. My nephews go there and my sis is really happy there...
Have you tried Palmetto Pediatric? It's not a "walk-in clinic" where you have to go and wait hours on end! My kids were on Medicaid and are now on HealthyKids. He takes both. We've been going there several years now and I'm pretty happy with them. Good luck.

Dr Carlos Mendez ###-###-#### takes straight Medicaid-HMO/medicaid Amerigroup & Medipass also Kidcare & Healthly Kids. He is Fantastic& my kids adore him!!!!
Dr Friedrico Frias in Bradenton takes Amerigroup,Staywell & Kidcare- highly recommend him as well as we have used him too.
