You should call Cheryl Beck at The Learning Garden Preschool. I was the Asst. Director at the school/Creative Kids for many years and it is an amazing little gem of a school. Jackie is the Head teacher, and has also been with Creative Kids for many years. She is fantastic!
The school is located just east of Barrington and north of Olympic. You can reach Cheryl at ###-###-#### and you can check out the web site at www.mycreativekids.com.
BTW-They also offer transition classes that your little one could do now that would help make his transition into preschool smoother.
Good Luck! L. Saul

My children go to a new program called Our World Preschool located in West LA... very close to Brentwood. The school is amazing! It is a Reggio inspired program. The environment is small and stimulating. The teachers are educated, nurturing and knowledgeable. Both my 2 year old and my 4 year old have grown so much socially and developmentally because of this program. The school is filling up fast! They offer full and part time spaces.

The school does not have a website yet.

I've heard great things about First Years. My teacher friends send their own kids there.

Just yesterday, I was talking with a mom who was raving about Montessori by the Sea. She has a 2 1/2 year old there and loves it. I'm not sure exactly where it is, but close to Culver City.

Look into Culver Christian School on Washington by the DMV. It really is a great place. My boys loved it there!
