Hi there,

My 9 month old daughter goes to Bartlett Children's Clinic. We love it! Plus, if you're going to be in Barlett it'll be close. Their number is ###-###-#### and their address is 6385 Stage Rd., Suite #2, Bartlett, TN 38134

good luck!

R.,
Hi, if you are moving to the Bartlett area there is a church that is called Christ Church on Yale Road. My next door neighbor works with the Mothers day out program and my nephew went there when he was younger and loved it. Also my great nephew goes there now and is learning lots of things and he loves it as well.
A great pediatrician group is Pediatric East. The number is ###-###-####.
We go and see Dr. Montgomery, he is very good. My son is 14 now and this is the only group we have used. They have an office in Bartlett as well as other locations. They also have a early clinic and late clinic that you can go to before and after work if you need to.

You will love Bartlett, I have lived all over Memphis over the years and the past 20 I have been in Bartlett and love it.

God Bless,
J.

Hey R.,
I live in Bartlett and have a 21 month old girl. The Mothers Day Out program at Bartlett Baptist church is great. I attend Hope Presbyterian Church and they have a wonderful program as well but it is hard to get in.

As far as a peditrician, I use Pediatric Physicians in Cordova because it is a smaller group. I have heard good things about Pediatrics East too. I work with a guy that his wife is a Pediatrican at Memphis Pediatrics and that group is made up of about 5 mommies. I think you would not go wrong with any of those options.

I hope this helps and good luck with your transition to the Bartlett area, I hope you like it here. Where in Bartlett are you looking? My sister is a Real Estate agent with Re Max if you need any help.

Good luck,
T.

Hi R.,

I currently live in Bartlett and my kids go to our church Mother's Day Out program. All of the teachers are wonderful and I have no worries about leaving my kids there. It is Ellendale Baptist Church. They have a 6 week summer program starting the middle of June but your 6 month old will not be eligible for MDO until he is 1. I do know that Bartlett United Methodist takes younger children so you might look into that. My neighbor's son goes to the 3 yr old class there and they love it.

As far as pediatricians, my kids go to Dr. Noel Frizzell. It is a little bit of a drive to get to him in downtown Memphis (we used to live downtown) but I think he is worth it. My kids have seen him for years. (My kids are 8, 5, and 18 months.) Alot of the women in my Sunday School class use Dr. Keith Owen here in Bartlett. He is a super nice man and everyone seems to like him. I believe he is part of Peds East.

Hope this helps! If you have other questions please feel free to ask!

K. :)

Hi R.,
I moved to Bartlett a yr ago from GA. Our Peds doctor for the three boys is Monica Wright of Cordova Peds. She's wonderful. My almost 5 yr old has Autism & my 8 mth old was both with a unilateral cleft lip & complete palate. She's doing great with my two youngest!
Once you get settled here in Barlett, almost all of the churches have what's called a Mothers day out. Very nice break, once a week. Bartlett Baptist is where my two youngest attended.

Our pediatrician is wonderful!! Both of my boys have seen him since they were born. His name is Dr. Christopher Mathis and he is with Pediatric Consultants. He is located off of Humphrey's Blvd., but they also have another location...I'm not sure where. The office number is ###-###-####.
Good Luck!!

Pediatrics East is a great childrens doctor office. We go see Dr. "Bubba" Edwards and my daughter just loves him. For a MDO program may I suggest Colonial Park Mothers Day Out. They are open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. It is very small and all the teachers there are wonderful. I am not a fan of the big programs because the teachers normally arent consistent nor are they able to bond with your child. They teachers at Colonial Park always greet my daughter with a smile, give her a hug (when she allows them to!), and they are excited to see her! They have a great playground and gym set-up for the older toddlers and a huge stroller for the infants! I hope you love it as much as we do! Good Luck!

Well as far as pediatritions go, my son goes to Memphis Children's Clinic on Kirby Whitten in Bartlett, they take pretty much any insurance and are very friendly and I haven't met one physician I didn't like. I know Christ Church (a non-denominational church) is a great place for Mother's Day out and it is also located in Bartlett.
