It's always so hard when close family turns on us. It sounds like you are being careful and thoughtful about this.

Funny, someone asked about you very recently, so it is great to see your post. Sorry that extended relatives are behaving crazily! That is just too hard. It is good that you are doing what's needed to take care of yourselves, and know that many people are wishing you well, hoping you have the strength and wisdom to keep doing the next right thing. DON'T FEED THE CRAZY.

Seriously, don't feed into or entertain crazy people. Believe what they say and remove yourself from them and them from you. Great on getting the restraining order. Always require they are seeking professional help and taking their meds or they get to have no contact with you and yours. Crazy people really are crazy and are capable of anything and everything even the unspeakable and the horrible.

Life has its ups and downs its ebbs and flows. Laugh often and pray much. It really helps me and I know it can help you too. I'll be praying for you and your family too.

Haven't been on much myself, but it has been forever since I've seen a post from you! I'm glad you're still around.
