I'm just not comfortable with the male doctors! :-)

We are moving soon to the Bethel Rd. area (between Sawmill and 315). Any recommendations on a practice with doctors servicing Riverside Hospital?

Thanks!!

I have a wonderful referral for an all women clinic. The doctors are top notch, and the facility is nice.

Comprehensive Womens Care on knightsbridge blvd right off of Bethel and Linwood Avenue I believe. Been going there for 3 yrs and would refer anybody. Don't have the number off hand but they are in the book.

Good Luck!

I also recommend Women's Physicians as does Amanda. I saw Dr. Rhonda Gaiser and was very pleased! I was given their name by a family member and a neighbor - both of whom I greatly respect. They have had nothing but great things to say.

I wouldn't recommend Dr. Kimberly Cull. I know someone who has had chronic problems with her bowels due to an emergency c-section with her. I also went to her and had several cancelled appointments with my first pregnancy... one of them got cancelled so late we were actually already on the road before they called and we got all the way to the office before they told us... too much wasted time and time off of work! I ended up switching in my 2nd trimester of pregnancy.

I go to Dr. Tracy Cook at Specialists in OB/Gyn in Worthington and they also have a Dublin office. She's very good and I've heard she also is good with high risk pregnancies. The only problem is she's in an office with men, so if you go to deliver and they are on call you'll get a man.

I also don't like male doctors. I have been seeing Dr Beth Boyles and she is wonderful. She is with Women Physicians in OB-GYN. They have an office at Riverside and one in Dublin. Their phone number is ###-###-####.

I go to Comprehensive Womens Care on Knights Bridge Blvd. It's just south of Bethel, north of Henderson, convenient to 315 and Riverside Hospital. All the doctors are women. I've been going there for the past 6 years and have been very happy. They deliver at Riverside or St. Ann's.

about 6 months ago, i probably would have strongly recommended women physicians in ob/gyn. i recently went through my second pregnancy with them and was very disappointed in their care and level of service to me and concern during my pregnancy. i would routinely wait 45 minutes or more before seeing the doctor and usually when she came in (dr. gaiser), it would be a 5 minute visit. what a waste of my time. i have been a patient there for about 9 years and previously, i LOVED it and LOVED dr. gaiser, but seems she's been so rushed lately, i never really felt as if my concerns were met. dr. vanek delivered my daughter and i thought she was great.
just one woman's opinion...

You could try Professionals for Women's Health - they are on Olentangy River Road just south of North Broadway (2 minutes from Riverside) they also I have a Dublin office too but I can't remember where that is. They are great! And you can have your choice of male or female doctors there.

My husband is an OB/GYN resident at Riverside, so he has worked with many female OB's in the past few years. I've had the opportunity to meet some of them, myself, and I would have to recommend the all female practice known as Women Physicians in OB/GYN, Inc. From what I've found on the Internet, they have two offices-one in Dublin on Perimeter Loop and one in Columbus on Olentangy River Rd (near the hospital, I believe). Their phone number is ###-###-####. I've met all of them in a social setting outside of the office, and they were all extremely nice and fun. Two of them are sisters--Dr. Beth Boyles and Dr. Melissa Boyles, both of whom were great to talk to. I would recommend either of them as well as any of their partners--Dr. Cynthia Vanek, Dr. Deborah Kennedy, and Dr. Rhonda Gaiser. I'm sure there are other female OB/GYN practices in the city, but this practice is the one I'm most familiar with. I personally go to a male OB/GYN through Riverside, so I can't really recommend these doctors as a patient. However, in person outside of the office, they all seem nice.

Women's Physicians and OB/GYN practice is awesome! They work out of Riverside and off of Avery-Muirfield Road. I'm not sure if they are accepting patients right now, but you can call and check.

Women's Physician's and OBGYBN's at Riverside Hospital. I have been going there for years because I hate going to men OB. I just have the feeling that if you don't have one it's hard to understand it, ya know? LOL! The only problem is that there are not very many female OBGYN's here in town I don't think because these guys aren't usually able to schedule for an annual pap for at least 6 months out. If you are pregnant, that's a different story.

Dr. Elaine Paul delivered all three of my children...she's wonderful. Her practice is only female OB/GYNs. I have had positive experiences dealing with the other Drs. in the practice. It's main office is at Riverside they also have an office in Dublin, that each Dr. is at one day a week.

I also recommend Dr. Paul. She was my doc for two of my preg. I have not had any of the problems with Women's Physicians as mentioned by a previous poster. I have dealt with every one of the docs in this practice from reg check-ups to delivery to discharge and they are all wonderful. I think the fact that there is not a high turnover of staff says a lot for them.

I went to Kingsdale. They have men, but you can request anyone that you want. My OB/GYN is a woman. They are on Lane Ave. & practice at Riverside.

Alisah,

I'm really happy with my ob/gyn and her practice. Her name is B. Orwick and she is located on Olentangy River Road across from Riverside.
Her number is ###-###-####

the address is: 3600 Olentangy River Rd # 490, Columbus, OH 43214
She has delivered both of my babies, my friends two babies and she was my other friends doctor but wasn't on call when her baby was due so a doctor from the same practice delivered her child, she was happy with him. Also, one other friend used Dr. Teteris there (another ob/gyn in the same practice) and she really liked her experience and the practice as well.Overall the whole practice has been great for the 4 of us.

Try Dr. Kimberly Cull. She is in Powell on Liberty Street. Maybe 10 minutes from where you are. I have been going there for 3 years & last year during my pregnancy. They are great!

I would also recommend Kingsdale. My regular doctor there is a male doctor but I've also been to Dr. Greco and she is very good. The only downside there is that you sort of feel like you're just a number in the waiting room.
