I have a 7 month old and I am expecting my second child in October. I have desparately been looking for someone to come into the home full-time while I work but have been having a very difficult time finding help. Does anyone have any suggestions of a service or person that they know who might be able to help? I appreciate any suggestions!

What can I do next?

It's been a while since you posted, but if you are still looking... our nanny will be looking for a new family starting Septemeber 1st. She has been taking care of our 2 year old and another 2 year old (in a nanny share) since they were five months old. Because our work schedules are changing, she is looking for a new family for full-time. She's been invaluable and incredible, and I highly recommend her for babies/toddlers. Our kids have loved her and have thrived in her care. If you want more information, I'll pass it along to you happily. You can email me at ____@____.com
