Is this possible? I would have thought during these tough economic times that there would be many who fit the bill but the few estimates I have had seem really high. I have lots of work that needs to be done from staining the front/garage doors to cabinetry and extensive interior work. Would like someone who is honest, diligent and meticulous.

We just had the interior of our home painted and our garage doors. I will say they were not our cheapest bid, but we did negotiate the bid lower. We had 3 estimates and they ranges from 8k to 3k. We picked the mid range estimate because they did a great job on our neighbors home and they had good ratings from BBB. We were not in the area to supervise the work. It was done in a timely manner and touch ups were done quickly when we pointed them out.
