Hello all,
I am looking for a group to take myself and my five month old baby, hopefully in the Anatolia area (Rancho). If there is none here Folsom or El Dorado Hills are also areas that I am in every day so that will work as well. If anyone is interested in forming a group that is not already in one I am happy to do that as well. Thank you all for sharing your stories and questions, I enjoy seeing other woman with the same problems as I have.

What can I do next?

Mother's support network is a organization that has been around 16 years in Sacramento. They offer education, groups, play groups, workshops, and general mama-to-mama support.

check out meetup.com, I am in two groups that I found through them for mommies. One of the groups is for 35 and older moms and our organizer lives in Anatolia, the other one is for Stay at home moms. I have seen lisitngs for E.D. Hills and Folsom also, good luck Stephanie: mom of 4 boys

I have a six month old boy, and I'm actually in a meetup group with Citrus Heights moms, but I live in Folsom so something closer to home would be much better...

Hi T.,

Have you heard of The Sierra Moms Group? It's located in Folsom and EDH. It has so many fun things to do especially play groups for mothers and their babies. I believe the website is www.sierramoms.org I've been with the group now for 5 years, it's a great way to meet people and wonderful for the baby. Hope this helps you. Happy New Year!! N.

Hi T.:
My 5 month old daughter and I go to the Kaiser Fair Oaks for Mommey & Me. I like the group, and sometimes we'll go to lunch together afterwards as well. It's from 10-12 on Wednesdays, and it's free and you don't have to be a Kaiser member to come. If you took 50 West to Watt or Howe, you could get there in 15-20 minutes I think. Some of the mom's drive from downtown and landpark area, so we're not all local. HOpe you find a nice group.
:-) M.

We have a similar situation. We just had a baby and a one year old at home. We are looking for another mother to share baby sittings together. I am a stay at home mother and want to find some one who can help me and I can help her at the same time. We can find other mothers and create a group. email me at:
