I would head over to Baby Grand...they have a GREAT selection and Patty, the owner, knows the ins & outs of each model. She was so very helpful!

We loved the Graco Metrolite travel system. Very affordable, super lite, easy to fold, great value.

I used my sisters maclaren (not sure on the spelling) when I was traveling my baby. It was lightwieght but still reclined and had a basket underneath..steering was great. hkad a five point harness. the only negative was it takes a little practice to be fast at breaking it down.

We just got a McClaren Triumph and really like it. We have a Graco that was the whole travel system and have liked it, also. Our daughter is now 2 and don't need a big one all of the time and the big one takes up my whole trunk. The McClaren has a basket, 5 pt harness, folds up easily and steers on a dime! Almost too sharp---could dump my daughter if I didn't have her strapped in:) Good Luck.

Hi H.!!

My niece just got a stroller from Target online, I'm sorry I for got the brand name, but it was black and red, it is a jogger type stroller and the front wheel turns!!
Looks like it would be a nice choice.

I bought a stroller back in the day based on price rather than quality and totally regretted it! If I did it again, I would buy the MacLauren (sp?) stroller. The salesman told me that because of the way it was designed, it distributed the weight of the child to make it easier to push and steer...You could even do it easily one handed (for the times you are pushing and holding a coffee or cell phone)...
Good luck!

i got a graco marlowe travel system as my first set for my first daughter and I absolutely love it. nuetral colors, easy to clean, has large amount of shade coverage, decent storage underneath, built in cup holders for mom(good for water for walks).
