The Nutcracker Ballet for Kids

The studio my child takes at does a Nutcracker every year at Pepperdine University. Here is the link to the website. This date is from last year and I can not remember what date it is this year. But it is fantastic for kids!!!

The South Bay Ballet http://www.southbayballet.org/ does a few performances at El Camino College. I am not sure what you mean "for kids." I haven't seen any performances specifically for kids - but this one has some kids in it.

Hi-there is an excellent production put on by Palos Verdes Ballet at the Norris Center for the Performing Arts. I've taken my kids since the youngest was 2 and they love it. My hubs is also the lighting designer for the show so it helps that "Daddy made the lights look cool" ;)

We make a day out of it by going to a matinee and then Ruby's for early dinner followed by looking at the Christmas lights in the South Torrance neighborhood. Hope that helps!
