I am a mom of three kids, 9, 7 and 3 My 2 older children love to play their video games, but my 3 year old is really trying to fit in with them, but the games are too hard for her. I am looking for suggestions as to any video games or video game systems that is "Toddler Friendly". Please don't get me wrong, I am not looking to find something that my kids can veg out in front of, I am just looking for my little to have the fun the older 2 are having. We have a V Smile left over from the older ones, but the graphics are really cheesy and it loses her interest. We have a Nintendo Wii and Xbox, so any game suggestions for them would be great. thanks for your help.

My girls (3 & 5) love Dora Saves the Snow Princess. We have it for PS2, but I imagine they make it for one of the other systems. They also love their handheld Leapster. They also like to play online at Nick Jr, Disney, and PBS kids.

I hated the vtech system. the joysticks were very sloppy and the graphics were lower quality than stuff from the 80s. I know my toddler loved starfall.net on the computer. Not sure if that will substitute for video games though. Another good website is sprout.

My 2 year old nephew has two older brothers, they are 10 and 11. He really wants to fit in with their video games too. My sister lets the little one play with the Wii remote, so he thinks he's playing bowling with his big brothers. I bought him a little play laptop, it's Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, and he absolutely loves that as well. They also have game systems out there for toddlers, like V Tech and Leap Frog. Hope this helps!!

We don't have the Wii or Xbox, so I can't help you there. What about getting her a leapster.

I know that you already have a V Smile...but what about a V Smile Pocket (like a toddler Gameboy...wait, do they still make Gameboys?:) )? My son just got one and absolutely LOVES IT.

If you have an Iphone, there are some really cute little kid games that my 3 year old loves to play on long car trips - smashing bugs or dressing up a princess or abc type of games. She also likes one that is bowling. Those games are pretty cheap, I think, but good graphics.

My 4 and 6 year old love the wii sports and the I spy games, they also love the marrio party games on the x box. I also got the wii board and both the kids just love to do kick boxing and yogo with it.
