The only person that can answer this question is a neo-natologist or your OB/GYN.

I would NOT google it until you have spoke to your doctor. You will get soo much information there that it might freak you out.

It is my understanding that water on the brain is called hydrocephalus. When the baby is born a shunt will be put in to drain the fluid. It is also my understanding that brain damage from the excessive fluid is dependent on whether the fluid is under pressure or not but this is something that can not be determined until the baby starts reaching his/her milestones. I know someone who is in college right now who was born with hydrocephalus:)
