The weight watcher approach is good, but as with any dieting, there is a rebound effect where you have a tendency to gain back the weight when you finish the diet. The best approach is cleansing as this does not happen.

I can show you how to lose weight quickly with no rebound effect... Let me know if you are interested.

check out this site:

http://www.dwlz.com/

It's got points for all foods, including every restaurant you can think of. This is great for anyone counting points!

Hi C., the points book is huge! I think it would be impossible to email it. You can go to any Weight Watchers and buy the books, you do not have to be a member to purchase items.

You could just join online so it will help you track your points and give you advice on ways to reduce points in food that you usually eat, they provide good substitutions. Then you don't have to go to meetings but you'll get plenty of resources. It's not outrageous to join, get all the material, then don't renew.

Do you know anyone in your area attending weight watchers now? I have a few friends that joined and after one of the meetings they noticed the women who ran the meetings throwing some things in the trash. After she left they went back and found out they were points books, sliding points finders, and the first weeks guide book. These were being replaced by an updated version. They took them all and gave them out to all of their friends who couldn't afford to go to weight watchers. Just an idea.
