Workout Video Recommendations?

Hi everyone! I'm in need of a good workout video. I currently walk 2 miles 4 or 5 times a week. I also have a Pilates ball work out I do twice a week (when time allows that is).
I would like a good workout video for cold and rainy days when I can't get outside to walk. Or for days when I don't have much time for a workout.

Thanks!

Thanks so much for all the recommendations! I'm going to rent all the ones mentioned from Netflix before purchasing to see what works for me. Thanks again!

You should try "Slim in 6" with Debbie Seibers. My aunt gained SOO much weight due to pregnancy, but after her 3rd child she started working out to that video and she's probably about 125-130lbs now. I started using the video, but then decided to just join a gym because working out in the house is too boring for me.

Taebo is good, Turbo Jam is great, Hip Hop Abs is okay. Yes, I have them all, and depending on how I'm feeling that day I'll try out either one. Its really hard to find something you really like without spending a ton of money, but if you have Comcast, ONDEMAND, have some great exercise workouts under the Fitness section.

If you are looking for a unique type of workout, try a kettlebell workout. The Firm has a good one out and so does Michelle Khai with her Kettlenetics program (she has a 20 minute workout and a 40 minute workout). Im about to start incorporating Kettlenetics to my exercise program to help mix things up a bit.

Jillian Michaels has a good series of workout dvds. I do one of them each day. They are tough, but I love the way I feel afterwards. The best part is that Im able to squeeze in a highly affective workout in a short amount of time (during my son's nap or before he wakes up in the morning.) My favorites are:

30 Day Shred - This dvd includes three complete 20 minute workouts which progress by level of intensity. You start with Level 1 gradually work your way up to Level 3. Tough, but very affective! You will need light hand weights and a mat if working out on a hard surface.

Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism - This 40 minute circuit workout pumps up that heart rate with challenging intervals involving strength,ab work, and cardio.

No More Trouble Zones - This is another 40 minute circuit workout that targets trouble zones like saddle bags, love handles, muffin tops, and wobbly arms. You will need light hand weights and a mat if working out on a hard surface.

Target has a sale going on with Jillian's dvds right now (ends 11/21, I think!). I believe they are all $9 a piece, which is a steal!

Good luck!

Turbo Jam series totally rocks! It's fast-paced, fun, and effective. There are tons of sets on Ebay at a great price! Turbo Jam whipped this mama into shape and I actually had fun doing it. Good luck!

Have you checked out Exercise TV on Comcast? It's in the On Demand section (channel 1 I think). There are a bunch of free workouts in a bunch of different categories in there. If you need more details, let me know.
