Is First Years or Evenflo Breast Pumps Any Good?

When my son and daughter were born premature, the WIC offices where I lived provided a motorized Medella pump supplied from a medical supply store. Obviously this was very good. I know that Medellas are sold in Target but I also seen other brands. Is there an "off" brand ie, Evenflo, First Years, etc. that is comparable but without the price??

Breast Milk Supply Is Dwindling!

My son is 4 months. He's been strictly on breastmilk. I'm a SAHM. I pump and nurse. I started pumping at 2 weeks because I had such an oversupply. I had 20 oz per day to freeze on top of nursing my son 6-8 times a day. Anyway, since I was in so much pain, hooked to a machine 24/7, and obviously didn't need to produce that much, I talked to my lactation consultant about regulating my supply. Revise My Dilemma

I would like to be more specific with the problems I'm having with my 3 month old. She has been a very colicky baby, and just when I think things are getting better they get worse. It seems she has trouble eating more than 10-15 minutes at a time and therefore needs to eat more regularly. Although at night she wants to nurse herself to sleep and continue to suckle. Last night she screamed most of the night. She would sleep for half and hour and then start screaming again. Her doctor says she has acid reflux and that she will outgrow it. She...
