Eat Out or Home Cooked Meal?

When we are tired after a long day, my husband and I disagree on dinner. We are a family of 3, and my kid doesn't eat any fruit or veg save for corn, watermelon, and bananas. Thanks, F. B.

Need Some Recipes

I am going back to work full time tomorrow for the first time since my 8 year old was born! I am very nervous about what to make for dinner for my husband and son. I would like to cook these meals in advance on the weekends and maybe freeze some so I can just pop them in the oven when I get home. I guess cassarole-type meals would work best, but I am open to any easy recipes. The only thing we do not eat is bell peppers (other peppers are fine). My son is a great eater. His favorite food is sushi so recipes do not need to be kid...
