Weight Watchers for Those with Bodies That Resist Weight Loss....

I've been on South beach diet and lost about 25 lbs. Last few months I stopped following the diet, gained about 10 lbs back. SBD works, if you stick to it, but it seems that you do gain it back if you stop the diet. I'm looking into Weight Watchers now, it seems a little easier to follow since you can eat everything as long as you stay within your points. Pilates or Yoga

Hi ladies! I am a SAHM and do not have the time or money to go to a gym or class but want to get a DVD that I can do at home to exercise. I need something simple,easy and short (will do during nap time). First, does anyone know the differences of pilates vs yoga? and secondly any recommendations for a DVD I can purchase? Thanks
