Had Success in Treating Ezcema Without Steroids?

My baby is 7 mo old now and he has had ezcema for two months now. It has gotten progressively worst. I was able to manage it with eliminating foods he is alergic to from my diet (still breastfeeding). He is alergic to milk, eggs, peanuts and almonds (as far as skin test can tell!). I am pulling my hair out as we speak - I've been on a strict diet for two weeks now without ALL theese and his condition is getting worst. Have any of you every had problems with Hives? I keep breaking out with them on my neck. My husband thinks it's stress. I've made sure my lotions & soaps are free of dyes & smells, but I still keep getting them. Are there certain foods that make you get hives? Has anyone else had this problem? If so, what did you do? Healing from Poison Ivy Rash

I got a fairly bad poison ivy rash on both of my arms. It took 2 rounds of steroids, steroid cream and antibiotic to get it under control.
