Helping 21 Month Old Stay Asleep
I have a 21 month old son and have been having some trouble with his sleeping patterns. I am completely against the Ferber method for him and have chosen not to let him "cry it out," as they say. We find ourselves following the attachment parenting methods and we used a family bed from birth to about 18 months, at which time I decided that we could try going to bed in his bed and then coming into the family bed if he wakes up later.
