The Y is the best place... they offer many sessions throughout the year, with daytime and weekend availibility. So you should see when the next session starts and...
I know that the Ankeny Aquatic Center offers them for 3 and up but I believe sign ups were last week. They fill up quickly but you may want to call there and check.
