Cloth Diapering and Blow Outs

A friend gave me some cloth diapers to try out with my 7 month old (prefolds and thirsties covers) because I was having problems with blow-outs in disposables. My son is leaking out of the side leg holes when he poops in the cloth and though it is better than blowing up the back in disposables, I'd prefer no leakage at all. Seventh Generation Diapers and Other Brands

I have a new baby and he has incredibly sensitive skin. I've always used Pampers with my daughter and never had any problems but he seems to need something a little "greener." I tried the Target natural diapers, nature care i think and they were ok and want to try Seventh Generation but wanted to get some opinions on them and also on their wipes.
