Cracked Bleeding Diaper Rash?

My daughter suddenly has a cracked, bleeding diaper rash. We have always had a problem with diaper rash while teething, but this is different, it is a bunch of tiny red cracks almost like excema. We use cloth diapers which we change often ( every hour or so and anytime they are wet) and she already spends a few hours a day diaper free because she is starting to potty train. Almost 2Yr Old with Bad Diaper Rash!

I need help. My daughter is almost 2 and she had lose poopies for about a day and a half, she still have lose poopie but the worst diaper rash I have ever seen. I change her all the time. OMG! I Can't Get the Diaper On!

My 8 mos. son, all of the sudden, is rolling and sitting up which is wonderful! But not on the changing table. 11 Month Old with Thrush and Diaper Rash

I went to the pediatrician on Friday after my daughter had a stubborn diaper rash for 5 days that I suspected was yeast-related. Before I took her to the doctor, we had been trying Lotrimin AF on the rash which helped some but not enough.
