Advice? Allergic to Something in Home?

Hi! For the past month or so I have been having a lot of sore throats followed by congestion (and snoring) at night, major nose blowing in the morning, and then it all clears out for the rest of the day, but starts up again in the evening. I have realized that the sore throat only starts when I am at home, but always comes on when ever I get home and lasts until late the following morning. I figured it was just allergies, but the pattern is telling me that i am allergic to something in my house. I am looking to all of you wonderful...

Anyone Have Luck with Homeopathic Treatment for Allergies?

My son has terrible allergies, especially right now with the wind and blooming trees. His allergist had him on 3 medications at one point and it really didn't help. I'm looking to try something else and though maybe someone had a great home or herbal remedy that has worked for their kids or even a prescription that helped. Allergy shots may be the next step, but I'd really like to avoid that if I can.

My son is turning one next weekend. He has a peanut and egg allergy. I'm trying to find a yummy way to make him a birthday cake. I've tried several recipes from allergy books that didn't taste very good. If anyone has a YUMMY recipe for a cake that has no peanuts or eggs, I'd really appreciate it!!!

Milk and Dairy Allergy

My Daughter is 21 months old and we just got told she has a milk and dairy allergy. I have no experience on this type of allergy and would like to know actual things that she can eat. Everything I seen in the store had at least one of the ingredients in it that she is not allowed to have. So I am very confused on knowing what she can actually eat without getting sick. Any help would be appreciated.

"How to Read Labels for Risk of Nut Allergy"

My son's immune system is weak so he's been assigned to a disinfected table in the school cafeteria with two children who suffer from nut allergies. I need to be careful about what I send in his lunch or for shared class snacks. How can I be sure that I'm not putting the children at risk if the food packaging doesn't specifically state that the food was, or was not, made in a factory that also manufactures nut products? I've considered just purchasing "hot" lunches for him, but the school is still serving peanut butter and jelly on it's menu.
