Child Has Worms...

Okay, I am really ambarrassed to even talk about this because I feel it's somehoe my fault not to mention it's disgusting. My 9 year old daughter's butt was itchy about a month ago & without getting into details we found out she had worms. The doctor gave us medication for her and it seemed to have gone away. Unfortunately she started itching again down there and sure enough they are back. My question is has anyone else out there gone through this and what did you do to prevent this? I got alot of good responses to my question about my angry ADHD child. I have been thinking on this diet thing and food alergies ect. He is 10 I am pretty consistant with things and things are not working. I would love as much info as I can get on food alergies, dye's in food and anyone with children on stratara. Our Dr. says that the drug can cause agresive behavior or something like that. Anyone see this happening? Has anyone tried taking out certain foods ect? Advice? Allergic to Something in Home?

Hi! For the past month or so I have been having a lot of sore throats followed by congestion (and snoring) at night, major nose blowing in the morning, and then it all clears out for the rest of the day, but starts up again in the evening. I have realized that the sore throat only starts when I am at home, but always comes on when ever I get home and lasts until late the following morning. Hey there My 2year old has a cough, with fever at nights, a runny nose. only her runny nose started previous monday, i thought it will go away on its own. But its jus developed into flu-like symptoms... I have been to safeway Pharmacy but all the over-the-counter meds were from ages 4. what would u suggest? do we need a trip to the doctor? Cold Medicine That Dissolves in Mouth for a 2Yr Old????

Hi Mama's, I need some help for my neighbor. His 2 year old has a cold and is refusing and is doing anything to NOT take any sort of liquid or any medication. I remember 3 years ago when my son was that age and had a bad cold and I gave him some medicine ( a pill) that dissolved in his mouth..I can't remember what the name of it was..i know i baught it in the store..I looked for it on line at Safeway but couldn't find anything for little kids younger than 6. Does anyone know any kind of cold medicine..over the counter would be better...
